摘要 软组织肿瘤由于肿瘤来源广、种类多和诊断中困难多,致使免疫组化的应用显得尤其重要。近年来,随着新型的实用型抗体的大量出现在实际应用中,人们对以往使用的抗体类型也有了全新的认识。文章就软组织肿瘤诊断中抗体的选择及反应结果的判断原则提出了一些新的观点,并对目前常用的抗体及其应用范围做了介绍,还举例说明免疫组化在部分疑难软组织肿瘤中的应用。
