摘要
目的 :探讨原发性高血压患者肱动脉血流依赖性舒张功能与高尿酸 (HUA)血症的相关性。方法 :选择 2 2 5例原发性高血压患者 ,5 5例正常人为对照组。应用B超对肱动脉进行扫查 ,在静息、反应性充血时对肱动脉内径进行检测 ,计算不同状态下的管径变化及血流介导的内皮依赖性血管扩张率 (Flow MD % )。将所有对象按Flow MD %大小分成 4个亚组 ,比较各组尿酸情况。结果 :随血尿酸浓度增大 ,Flow MD %逐渐减小 ,尿酸与Flow MD %呈负相关 ,r =- 0 .6 37,P <0 .0 5。结论 :HUA与高血压患者血管壁的早期损害有关系。
Objective:To investigate the relationsip between hyperuricemia (HUA) and function of flow-mediated dilation (Flow-MD)in patients with hypertension.Method:The 225 hypertensive patients were given an examination on blood pressure, B mode ultrasound accompanying 33 normal persons as control. B-mode ultrasound was applied to scan the diameter of brachial artery at rest and reactive hyperemia caused by Flow-MD. Then they were divided into four groups according to Flow-MD, and were compared their uric acid each other.Result:Follwing rise of serun uric acid level, rate of Flow-MD got small. There was a negative relation between hyperuricemia and function of flow-mediated dilation. r=- 0.637,P< 0.05.Conclusion:High uric acid may be conduce to the occuring of ventricular arrhythmia.
