复方“自身清”抗炎作用的机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对复方“自身清”抗兔Arthus反应及大鼠佐剂性关节炎的实验研究 ,观察其抗炎作用及可能机制。结果 :该复方能减轻兔Arthus反应的瘀血斑块充血程度及直径 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;有效控制佐剂性关节炎大鼠 1周内原发部位的急性炎性肿胀 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,并减轻其续发的多发性关节炎 (P <0 .0 1 )。 The response of rabbits Arthus to compound Zishenqing was studied and the great rats with adjuvant arthritis were experimented with the drug to observe the anti-inflammation function and possible mechanism. Result: The drug could reduce the congestive degree and diameter of ecchymosis of rabbit Arthus response ( P <0.05). It could effectively control the primary acute inflammatory tumefaction of great rat with adjuvant arthritis in a week ( P <0.01) and relieve the secondary polyarthritis ( P <0.01). And all the above anti-inflammation functions could be strengthened with the increase of the drug dosage.
