4种中草药提取物的止痛作用

Analgesic Function of Extracts of Four Chinese Medicinal Herbs

鸡屎藤、雪上一枝蒿、草乌、延胡索均有较好的镇痛作用 ,且与剂量呈依赖关系。当采用人的 6 0倍剂量实验时 ,以雪上一枝蒿和草乌的镇痛率最高 ,分别为 6 1 .85 %和 6 8.34% ,但不及杜冷丁 (97.6 2 % ) ;采用人的 30倍量药物进行组合实验时 ,则发现三丁酸钠、雪上一枝蒿和草乌合用止痛作用与杜冷丁相当 (各为 70 .5 %和 79.2 9% )。

Fevervine, short-pedicel aconite root, wild aconite root, and corydalis tuber have very good analgesic function which has a dependent relationship with its dosage. While 60 times of the normal dosage was adopted in the experiment, short-pedicel aconite root and wild aconite root had the highest analgesic rates (61.85% and 68.34% respectively), which could not match that of dolantin (97.62%). While 30 times of normal dosage was adopted in the combinative experiment ,the analgesic function of short-pedicel aconite root and wild aconite root could match that of dolantin (70.5% and 79.29% respectively).
