后板层角膜内皮移植术
摘要
后板层角膜内皮移植术是近年来出现的治疗角膜内皮病变的技术,用于FuchS角膜营养不良及无晶状体眼、人工晶状体眼并发的大泡性角膜病变。与传统的穿透性角膜移植相比具有手术时间短、风险小、术后较少出现高度散光、视力恢复快、宿主对植片的排斥反应少、切口裂开的可能性小等优点。此技术可使来源紧张的角膜组织得到充分利用,代表了一种新的可能取代穿透性角膜移植术治疗角膜内皮病变的方法。
