色素上皮细胞衍生因子在眼内抗血管生成作用的研究进展

摘要 色素上皮细胞衍生因子(Pigment epithelium-derived factor,PEDF)最初从胎儿视网膜色素上皮细胞条件培养基中分离出,具有神经营养、神经保护和抑制新生血管生成的作用,是眼内维持无血管状态的主要抑制因子。研究表明,PEDF是眼内抑制血管生成有发展前途的药物。本文对PEDF的概况及抗血管生成作用的机制、治疗、特点进行综述。
