增生性玻璃体视网膜病变基因治疗的研究进展

摘要
随着分子生物学的发展,应用基因转移技术治疗PVR已成为可能。本文对PVR的发病机制、PVR基因治疗的理论基础以及PVR基因治疗的方法和前景进行综述。
