灵龟八法治疗原发性高血压病即时效应观察

Observation on immediate effect of Lingguibufa acupuncture treating primary hypertention

目的 :探讨针刺治疗原发性高血压的理想方案。方法 :将 90例原发性高血压病患者列为观察对象 ,随机地分配到灵龟八法组、辨证取穴组和降压药物组当中 ,每组 30例。在每天规定的时间内按规定的方法给予针刺或药物治疗 ,以血压的变化为客观指标。结果 :三组治疗原发性高血压均取得明显效果 ,治疗前后血压值比较经统计学处理具有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而灵龟八法组和辨证取穴组降压效果更好 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,其中灵龟八法组的治疗效果又优于辨证取穴组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论

Objective:To investigate on an ideal acupuncutre method to treat primary hypertention.Methods:90 Cases of primary hypertention were randomly divided into Lingguibufa acupuncture group,Bianzheng acupuncture group that is the group of selecting points according to pattern differentiation and the medicine group,and 30 cases in each group.The group of either acupuncture or medicine was treated in according to the set methods at set time every day,and then the change of blood pressure were used as the objective index.Results:All the three groups had obvious effects.Statistic data showed that there was significant difference in blood pressure pre-and post-treatment ( P <0.05).Compared with the medicine group,there was a better result in reducing blood pressure in both Lingguibufa acupuncture group and Bianzheng acupuncture group( P <0.001).Moreover,the therapeutic effects of Lingguibufa acupuncture group was superior to that of Bianzheng acupuncture group( P <0.05).Conclusion:Using Lingguibufa acupuncture to treat diseases can improve the clinical therapeutic effects.
