An Analysis of the Impact of Denizen's Autonomous Consume on Hainan Economic Growth

本文论述通过模型推导自主消费对经济增长的影响机制,并估算海南边际消费倾向和边际税率,在此基础上,利用统计数据分析说明海南建省初期的过度投资导致高速的经济增长,自主消费对稳定海南经济增长起到了非常重要的作用。海南宏观经济要实现稳定持续的增长,必须重视自主消费的作用。

The paper deduces the functionary mechanism of autonomous consume to economic growth,esti- mates the MPC and the Marginal Rate of Tax in Hainan rovince,on the base of that,it is explained using statistic data that the rapid economic growth was caused by excessive investment in the initial stages after Hainan province was founded. Autonomous consume acts very important role in stabilizing Hainan economic growth,which must be valued in order to achieve a stable and sustainable growth of Hainan macroeconomy.
