摘要
21世纪,随着各国人民生活水平的不断提高,人类对自身健康和食品安全日益关注,使绿色食品、有机肉食品消费成为一种时尚,一个从生产到餐桌的革命正悄然兴起。通过对我国有机猪生产现状、有机猪的国内外市场、我国发展有机猪的优势和有机猪生产的技术要领等方面的简述探讨了有机猪生产在我国的发展前景。
With the increasing of living standard for all the people in the world in the21th centu-ry,people pay more attention to their health and food safety.To make green food and organic meat food consumption become a vogue,a revolution from production to dining table is rising quietly.This paper ex-patiates the present condition of organic pig production in our country,the market of the organic pig both in domestic and abroad,the advantage of developing the organic pig in our country and the main tech-nique of producing organic pig etc,and the foreground about developing the organic pig production in our country.
