摘要
对 2 9只青海本地山羊标准肢导联 ( , , )、加压单极肢导联 (a VR,a VL,a VF)、单极胸导联 (V1~ V6)、双极胸导联 (一 ) (C1 ,C2 ,C3 )和 A-B导联共 1 6个导联的心电图进行了分析和研究。结果发现 :1平均心电轴显著右偏 ,为 + 1 4 9.7°± 54.9°(-1°~ + 2 68.5°) ;2皆为窦性心律 ,但窦律不齐出现概率高达 89.7% ;3 P波和 T波波向一致性较好的有 , ,a VF,C1和 A-B导联 (正向 )以及 a VR,V3,V4 ,V5,V6 ,C2和 C3导联 (负向 ) ;4在 ,a VF,V3,V4 ,V5,V6 ,C2和 C3导联心电图上 ,QRS综合波以 q R或 R主要波型 ,而在 ,a VL ,V2 ,C1和 A-B导联心电图上以 r S,Qr或 QS为主要波型 ;5各波和间期的时限 (s)为 :P波 (0 .0 53± 0 .0 2 1 ) ;QRS综合波 (0 .0 60± 0 .0 1 7) ;T波 (0 .0 92± 0 .0 3 2 ) ;P-Q间期 (0 .1 2 5± 0 .0 49) ;Q-T间期 (0 .3 1 4±0 .0 58) ;Q-Tc间期 (0 .3 46± 0 .0 64) ;R-R间期(0 .82 2± 0 .1 74)。
Qinghai native goats were used to analyse and study the electrocardiogram(ECG) of 16 leads including standard limb leads(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ),augmented unipolar limb leads(aVR,aVL,aVF),unipolar thoracic leads(V1~V6),bipolar thoracic leads (1)(C1,C2,C3) and A-B lead. The results were as follows:① The mean cardiac electrical axis was significantly deviation to right which was +149.7°±54.0°(-1°~+268.5°).② The heart rhythm of all the goats examined was sinus rhythm and the frequency of the sinus arrhythmia was (89.7%.)③ The leads in which the consistency of direction of P and T waves was better were Ⅰ,Ⅱ,aVF,C1,A-B leads(positive) and aVR, V_3,V_4,V_5,V_6,C2 and C3 leads(negative).④ Major wave form of QRS complex in the ECG of Ⅲ,aVF, V_3,V_4,V_5,V_6,C2 and C3 leads was qR or R type,and rS,Qr or QS type in the ECG of Ⅰ,aVL,V2,C1 and A-B leads.⑤The duration of the waves and the intervals shawed that P wave was (0.053±(0.021s));QRS complex was (0.060±0.017)s;T wave was (0.092±0.032)s;P-Q interval was (0.125±0.049)s;Q-T interval was (0.314±0.058)s;Q-Tc interval was (0.346±0.064)s;R-R interval was (0.822±0.174).
