亚硒酸钠对小鼠免疫器官组织结构的影响

The Effects on Sodium Selenite on the Structure of Immune Organization in Rats

为了研究亚硒酸钠对小鼠胸腺、脾脏组织结构的影响。给小鼠腹腔内注射 0 .5%半乳糖(50 mg/ kg/ d) ,连续 8周 ,建立衰老模型组 ;自第 4周开始给衰老用药组腹腔注射亚硒酸钠(2 mg/ kg/ d) ,连续 4周。应用电子天平称量小鼠脾、胸腺重量 ,并对胸腺、脾进行常规石蜡切片 ,观察衰老模型组、衰老用药组和对照组之间胸腺、脾组织结构的差异。结果表明 ,硒对老龄小鼠胸腺、脾的重量影响不大 ,组织切片观察显示 ,亚硒酸钠有延缓小鼠脾脏、胸腺组织衰老的作用 。

To study effects of selenium(Se) on histological structure of the immune organ in rats.Methods: Km rats were given intraabdominal injection of D-Galactose(50 mg/kg) once a day for 8 weeks. After 4 weeks a group of Km rats were given intraabdominal injection of Se(2 mg/kg) at same time. with the electronic-weighting system and the technique of histological section observed if injecting of Se made weight and structure changes on the rats' spleen and thymus. Result:The weight of the thymus and spleen were not changed.but the involution rats' thymic lobules were quite distinct. Se could delay course of senility of rats' spleen and thymus.
