This paper suggests that to set a good image is crucial for teaching, for the teachers themselves, the universities and even the educational sphere as well. It explains that it is necessary to set up a new teachers' image in new era and the teachers' image is something of a model, a resource and a conception. Shaping athletic teachers' image is not only an indispensable stage to become a qualified athletic teacher but a necessity for an outstanding athletic teacher who does well in his position.
