浅论转型期电力多种经营企业的薪酬制度设计

摘要 随着我国加入WTO和市场经济的不断发展,特别是电力体制改革的不断推进,电力多种经营企业步入转型期。通过分析电力多种经营企业的自身特点,针对不同类型的电力多种经营企业的薪酬制度,从薪酬总额、经营者薪酬、员工薪酬提出五种适合企业发展且有利于激励员工的薪酬制度设计模式,以推动企业的发展。 With China's entry into WTO and the constant development of marke t economy, especially the continuous advancement of electric power system reform, electric power multi-management enterprises have marched into the transition al period. The article,aiming at different salary systems in different electric power multi-management enterprises,designs five salary system models suitable f or the enterprise's development and beneficial to encouraging the employees by s alary total amount, manager salaries and employee salaries.
