摘要
为监管保健食品中维生素的含量 ,建立了保健食品中维生素B12 的化学分析法 ,采用固相萃取 (SPE)进行试样富集、净化 ,高效液相色谱 (HPLC)进行分离检测。方法的最小检出量为 0 3ng ,最低检出浓度 0 2mg kg ,线性范围在 0 334~ 16 7μg mL之间 ,平均回收率为 72 1%~ 131 7%。该方法具有简便、快速、可靠、容易推广等优点。
Determination of vitamin B 12 in health foods by SPE-HPLC was developed for inspecting the vitamin B 12 content in health foods. The detection limit of the assay is 0.3 ng. The linear range of the method is 0.334 μg/mL~167 μg/mL. The detection concentration limit is 0.2 mg/kg. The average recovery is 72.1%~131.7%. It will provide a reliable analysis method for detecting the concentration of vitamin B 12 in health foods. The method has following advantages: simple, fast, easy to extend and reliable.
