本文用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的立场、观点和方法,结合少数民族地区高校干部管理工作的实际,分析和论述了公开管理、民主监督是做好新时期干部管理工作的重要保证。
Adopting the ground, viewpoint and method of both dialectical and historical materialisms, taking into account the actual situation of leaders' administration work in higher institutions in minority nationality areas, the paper explains that open administration and democratic supervision are important guarantees for leaders' administration work in the new era.
