摘要
从沙姜精油中分离获得沙姜脑,用GC测得纯度达98.8%,利用IR,UV,~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR,MS鉴定其化学结构为反式-对-甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯,并对化合物光谱数据归宿与MS裂解规律进行了讨论。
The chemical structure of kaempferia-camphor which was separated from essential oil ofkaempferia galanga L. was identified as trans-ethyl-p-methoxycinnamate by IR, UV, ~IH NMR^(13)C NMR and MS. Its content obtained from GC determination is up to 93.8% purity. Theassisnment of the spectroscopic data and fragmentation patterns of MS were discussed.
