摘要
新亚铜灵光度法测定抗坏血酸具有灵敏、快速的特点。抗坏血酸的浓度在2~20 mg/L范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系。用于猕猴桃、西红柿、刺梨汁等样品的分析,其相对标准偏差在0.6~1.2%,测定各种样品抗坏血酸的含量与靛酚滴定法比较,获得一致的结果。
A simple method has been developed for the determination of ascorbic acid in fruits, vege-tables and beverages. This method was used to determine 20~200 mg/L ascorbic acid. Theresults were satisfactory which compare with dichlorophenol indophenol titration.
