培植牛黄与天然牛黄中游离和结合胆汁酸含量的测定和比较

Content Determination and Comparison of Free and Combined Bile Acids in Cultural Bezoar and Naural Bezoar

用薄层光密度法测定了十个生产单位的18批培植牛黄的游离和结合胆汁酸的含量,并与天然牛黄及牛胆粉比较,结果表明,培植牛黄含有与天然牛黄相同的胆汁酸成分,其中培植牛黄的游离胆汁酸比天然牛黄略高,结合胆汁酸含量多数样品与天然牛黄相当,总胆汁酸含量多数样品比天然牛黄略高。

The contents of free and combined bile acids in 18 lots of cultural bezoar from 10 manuf-actureres were determined by TLC-densitometry and compared with those in natural bezoar andox-bile powder. The results ahowed that both the natural and cultural bezoar have the samebile acids but the content of total and free bile acids in most cultural products are slightlyhigher than those in natural bezoar and the combined bile acids content are equal in both bezoars.
