Palomo手术治疗青壮年精索静脉曲张36例报告

36 adult patients with Varicocele treated with Palomo operation

目的探讨经腹膜后结扎精索血管(Palomo 手术)治疗青壮年精索静脉曲张的疗效。方法总结自1998年8月至2003年8月采用 palomo 术式治疗的36例(40侧)精索静脉曲张的临床资料。结果手术均获成功,术后随访7个月～4年,全部病人临床症状消失,曲张静脉显著缩小,无复发及并发症发生。伴有精液异常者6例,术后精液明显改善5例,其中2例恢复生育能力。结论 Palomo 手术简单、疗效可靠,并发症少,是治疗青壮年精索静脉曲张的理想术式。

Objective To explore the effect of Palomo operation(ligating the vein of spermatic trans- eritoneum)on Varicocele.Methods We reviewed the date of 36 cases of Varicocele from Aug 1998 to Aug 2003.Results All operation had succeeded.The clinical symptom of all patients disappeared and all vari- cose veins decreased and no relapse or complication during 7 months to 4 year's follow-up.There were 6 eases,with abnormal seed.The seed of 5 patients with abnormal seed before operation had improved after oper- ation and 2 of them had been father.Conclusion The operation is simple,less complications and the effect is signficant.So we take it that the method may be the first choice for adult patient with Varicocele.
