一类新偶氮胂酸型试剂与铍的荧光性能研究

Study on Fluorescent Properties of a New Type of Azoarsonic Acid Reagents with Beryllium

本实验鉴定了四个新荧光试剂,并对其与铍的荧光性能进行了研究。结果表明,4-MAsA-8Q5S是铍的优良试剂,它与铍在pH 7.0的硼砂体系中形成1+1的稳定络合物,其λex/em为474/544nm,检测下限为2.6×10^(-9),该体系用于直接测定水中的铍,结果满意。

In this paper, four new fluorescent reagents are identified and their fluorescent propertieswith beryllium are studied. It shows that 4-MASA-8Q5S is the good reagent for beryllium. Itforms 1+1 stable complex in pH 7.0 borax buffer medium, its λex/em= 474/644, and the detec-tion limit for berylium is 2.6×10^(-9). The system is applied to determine the beryllium in wa-ter and the result is satisfactory.
