Introspection on the Range of the Adjustment Target in Economic Law

经济法为克服市场失灵而存在,克服市场失灵的手段就是国家出于社会公众利益的需要对市场经济进行干预,经济法的社会公共利益本位属性又成为解决政府干预失灵的一个终极目标。在此基础上分析了经济法的调整对象范围问题,并提出了自己的观点。

The economic law exists for overcoming the market discomposure and the means to overcome market discomposure is for the government to intervene in market economy for the need of the public interests. The standard attribute of social public interests in the Economic Law has, in turn, become an ultimate goal to solve the discomposure of the government intervention. The authors further analyses the problem of the adjustment target range in the Economic Law, and puts forward their view.
