摘要
校本课程开发作为国家课程体系中的一块重要内容已经被提上了实施日程,教师在校本课程开发中必须完成相应的角色转换才能与其要求相适应。校本课程开发要求教师从“消费者”到“生产者”,从“执行者”到“决策者”,从“施教者”到“研究者”,从“主导者”到“促进者”等几个方面完成角色转变。
School-based curriculum development has been implemented as important content in the system of national curriculum. Teachers must change the role to adaptthis demand. School-based curriculum development requires teachers to change their roles accordingly, such as from a consumer to a producer, from an executor to a policy-maker, from an instructor to a researcher, from a director to a promoter.
