对高校发展党员工作现状的思考

近年来,高校发展党员工作取得了显著的成绩,也出现一些新情况、新问题,针对这些情况,各高校都采取了许多有效的措施,积累了一定的经验。但在如何解决高校青年教师、学生入党动机多元化,发挥学生在发展党员工作中的作用,科学设置学生党支部等新问题上,还需要新的探索和实践。通过对发展党员现状的分析,提出相应的对策。

Recent years there are have been many achievements in recruiting new party members in universities, as well, new problems emerge to be discussed, such as how to deal with the motives of young teachers' and students'becoming candidates of the Party member, how the students Party members exert themselves in recruiting new party members, and how to fitfully set up student Party Branch. Universities have taken effective measures and accumulated some experience. This article analyses the current situation of recruiting new party members in universities and puts forward solutions to improve it.
