摘要
新显色剂1,1′-[2,2′-(4,4′-双噻唑基)-双偶氮]-2,2′-双萘酚(简称4,4′-biTAN),用作为测定铀和铜的高选择性试剂。在580nm下,铀酰及铜与试剂形成的螯合物的吸光度具有加和性。我们设计了连续测定Cu^(2+)及UO_2^(2+)的测定方法,其灵敏度εCu^(2+)=1.2×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),εuo_2^(2-)=2.7×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),许多共存离子不干扰测定。此法被用来测定铀矿废水中铀和铜,结果令人满意。
A novel reagent,the title reagent,has been used as a spectrophotometric reagent with high selectivity in determining uranium and copper. The absorption of the chelate,formed by uranium with the reagent or copper with the reagent, respectively, can provide additivity at 580 nm. Cu2+ and UO22+ are continuouslydetermined using the method,their sensitivity is εCu2+ =1. 2× 104L · mol-1 · cm-1and εUO22+ =2. 7× 104 L · mol-1 · cm-1 respectively. There is no interference among many ions . This method has been applied to the determination of uranium and copper in waste water of uranite with satisfactory results.
