摘要 将新显色剂1,1′-[2,2′-(4,4′-双噻唑基)-双偶氮]-2,2′-双萘酚(简称4,4′-bi-TAN),用作为测定铀的高选择性的试剂。析相体系为UO_2^(2+)-4,4′-bi-TAN-TritonX-100,在580nm波长下测定UO_2^(2+),许多共存离子不干扰测定,用此法测定了铀矿废水中UO_2^(2+)的含量,结果令人满意。 A novel reagent,the title reagent,has been used as a spectrophotometric reagent with high selectivity in determining uranium and copper. The absorption of the chelate,formed by uranium with the reagent or copper with the reagent, respectively, can provide additivity at 580 nm. Cu2+ and UO22+ are continuouslydetermined using the method,their sensitivity is εCu2+ =1. 2× 104L · mol-1 · cm-1and εUO22+ =2. 7× 104 L · mol-1 · cm-1 respectively. There is no interference among many ions . This method has been applied to the determination of uranium and copper in waste water of uranite with satisfactory results.
