摘要
本文提出了一个氢化物发生-荧光光度法测定微量硒的新方法。用硼氢化钾溶液将硒(Ⅵ)还原成H_2Se挥发出来,用8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸钯溶液吸收,生成难溶的PdSe,释放出的8-羟基喳啉-5-磺酸与Al^(3+)生成发荧光的络合物,其荧光强度与硒(Ⅳ)量成正比。方法的检出限为0.26ng/ml。
A new fluorophotometric method for the determination of microamount of selenium has been presented. Se( Ⅳ ) is reduced with KBH4 solution to form H2Se which is absorbed in the nonfluorescent bis(8-hy-droxyqunoline-5-sulphonic acid)-Pd( Ⅰ ) solution to form insoluble PdSe,and the liberated 8-hydroxyquino-line-5-sulphonic acid then coordinates with Al3+to form an intensive fluorescent chelate. The linear relationship between the fluorescent intensity and Se( Ⅳ ) concentraton is 0. 05-1. 0μg/25ml and 1. 0-9. 0 μg/25ml. The detection limit of the method is 0. 26ng/ml. The method has been applied to the determination of Se in acid slime and water with satisfactory results.
