Preparation of Organic Porous Bead Polymer Glass Capillary Porous Layer Open Tubular Column by in situ Polymerization and Investigation on Its Retention Behavior

摘要 以乙基乙烯苯为单体,二乙烯苯为交联剂,采用原位聚合法制备出球形多孔高聚物PLOT柱。球形颗粒大小为1μm左右,层厚可根据反应物浓度进行控制,一般为10~20μm。实验表明,水对柱子的保留行为没有影响,对低碳烃,氯代烃极性和非极性混合物等都有较好的色谱分离性能。 The organic porous bead polymer glass capillary porous layer open tubular(PLOT)column is prepared by in situ copolymerization of ethylvinylbenzene-divinylbenzene. Electron micrographs of the polymer coating showed that the polymer had a bead structure and was about 1μm in size. The thickness of the polymer coating layer can be controlled within10 - 20μm by reactant concentration. The effect of water on the power of separation of the OPPLOT-Q type column was described. It is shown that aqueous samples do not affect the separating ability of the column. The porous polymer is good in separation of low molecular-weight hydrocarbons, chlorohydrocarbons, polar and non-polar mixtures. It has the advantage of high efficiency and highly speed separation, and has the unique retention performance of organic porous bead polymer packing.
