摘要
本文介绍了催化加氢制备4-氨基二苯胺反应液的反相高效液相色谱分析的新方法。探讨了流动相组成对原料,溶剂和产物分离的影响;日内和日间的各3次测定,其相对标准偏差均≤1.70%,4-氨基二苯胺的回收率为97.8%~103.7%。
A high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of 4-aminodiphenyl-amine liquid synthesized from 4-nitrodiphenylamine or 4-nitrosodiphenylamine by catalytic hydrogenation is described. The effect of the mobile phase composition on the separation of the components was discussed. The relative standard deviation for the determination of 4-arninodiphenylamine was less than 1. 70% , and the recovery was in the range of 97. 8%-103. 7%. A determination could be accomplished within 8 min.
