Determination of Copper by Anti-catalytic Spectrophotometry——Copper-Potassium Peroxysulfate-Methyl Red System

本文提出一种利用铜在乙醇介质中阻抑过硫酸钾氧化甲基红来测定痕量铜的新方法。采用动力学光度法可测定低至0.4ng/ml Cu^(2+)。本法用于水和试剂中的测定,结果令人满意。

A new method for the determination of trace copper is proposed in which copper in ethyl alcohol medium can prevent the oxidation of methyl red by potassium peroxysulfate. The detection limit of the method is 0. 4ng/ml. The method is used for the determination of copper in water and pure reagent. The results are satisfactory.
