摘要
基于大变形弹塑性有限元理论和有限体积法基本原理 ,建立了金属塑性成形的弹塑性 UL有限元列式以及塑性流动中的有限体积控制方程 .提出了有限元模拟系统到有限体积模拟系统的数据传递和信息继承方法 ,建立了铝型材挤压成形有限元 /有限体积法复合模拟系统 ,对铝型材挤压过程进行了数值模拟 ,预示金属在成形中的塑性变形行为 。
Based on the theories of large deformation elastic-plastic finite element method and finite volume method, elastic-plastic U.L. finite element formulation and finite volume control equations for metal forming were developed. The methods of data transfer and information inheritance were proposed. A simulation system of aluminum profile extrusion based on the combination of FEM and FVM was built up. (Aluminum) profile extrusion was numerically simulated with this system to predict plastic deformation behavior, which provides theoretical instruction for mould design and selection of technological parameters.
