摘要 对常规刀具半径偏置方法引入的额外加工误差进行了研究 ,推导了凸、凹自由曲线加工时额外误差的数学表达式 .提出了一种改进的刀具偏置方法 .仿真结果表明 。 The additional error to the free-form curve machining in the existing method of tool offsetting, which will greatly degrade quality incurve machining, was studied. An analysis on the additional error occurring in the machining of both convex curves and concave curves was carried out and the error's quantitative formula was brought out. On the base of the analysis, this paper proposed an improved method for tool offsetting, which eliminates the additional error. A ball-end mill for curve machining was considered.
