拜力坦对印鼠客蚤杀灭效果试验研究

Studies on the Toxicity of Bailitan to Xenopsylla cheopis

目的 观察杀虫剂拜力坦对印鼠客蚤实验室及现场的杀灭效果。方法 实验室用瓶膜法 ,现场用滞留喷洒法。结果 ( 1)随着药物浓度的逐渐增加 ,KT50 呈现有规律的缩短 ,2 4h死亡率也逐渐增高 ,且均在 70 .0 0 %以上 ;( 2 )当药物浓度为 0 .0 0 3 12 5 %、0 .0 0 62 5 %、0 .0 12 5 %、0 .0 2 5 %时 ,10min内的击倒率均在 78.90 %以上 ,2 4h死亡率均在97.78%以上 ;( 3 )残效 :0 .0 12 5 %、0 .0 2 5 %两种浓度 4个月的击倒率均 >96.0 0 % ,2 4h死亡率均 >93 .0 0 % ;( 4 )现场灭效 :使用 0 .0 6%浓度对地面游离蚤的近期 ( 2d)校正灭蚤率为 83 .0 4% ,远期 ( 2 9d)校正灭蚤率为 77.79%。结论 拜力坦2 0 %乳油具有高效低毒、速杀、经济、对人畜安全等特点 ,可在控制家鼠鼠疫灭蚤中推广使用。

Objective This paper reported the results of studying on the toxicity of Bailitan to Xenospylly cheopis in the field and laboratory. Methods The residual smearing method was used in laboratory test. The residual spraying method was used in field tests. Results (1) The KT 50 was getting shorter and shorter with the concentration gradually in creasing,and the mortality for 24 hours ≥70%;(2) When the concentrations of Bailitan were at 0.003 125% , 0.006 25% , 0.012 5% , 0.025% ,the shoot down rate of 10 minutes ≥ 78.90% ,the mortality of 24 hours ≥ 97.78% ;(3) The shoot down rate of 120 days ≥ 96.00% ,the mortality of 120 days ≥ 93.00% ;(4) In field tests,the killing rate of 0.06% Bailitan to the fleas ground on the was 83.04% (2 days) and 77.09% (29 days). Conclusion Bailitan can be used to control the flees in the field.
