摘要 对一类有多变量、强耦合、大时滞特点的再热汽温系统,提出一种新型内模解耦控制器。该控制器具有同时兼解耦器、内模控制器的特性,采用解耦原理与内模控制融合方法设计,其解耦作用使系统成开环对角优势,避开动态解耦技术要求精确模型且可能为物理不可实现对象的矛盾;其内模控制可补偿不精确解耦及时滞导致的控制品质下降。文中给出了控制器的设计过程,并进一步探讨了系统稳态误差和对关联抑制的原理。仿真结果证实:该控制系统动态指标好,鲁棒性强。 For reheat temperature system, a novel internal model controller with decoupling is provided. It gives an approach to control a multivariable plant with strong coupling and large dead time. The decoupling principle and internal model control are combined by the controller, and a control strategy with open loop diagonal dominance decoupling and closed- loop compensation control is implemented. The limitations of dynamic decoupling, a accurate model is needed and the decoupling model probably are not obtained physically, are not only overcome, the problem of bad control performance caused remaining coupling effect is also solved by the strategy. In the paper the design of controller is introduced, the stable error analysis and the principle of disturbance diminished are also discussed. The simulation results demonstrate that the control system has good robustness and transient performance. Figs 6 and refs 3.
