摘要
在考虑部分煤气化炉操作条件、气化剂、脱硫剂影响的基础上,引入了部分煤气化炉能量转化系数(而不是碳转化率)的概念,运用能量平衡、质量平衡、化学平衡方程建立了通用的与炉型无关的部分气化炉热力学数学模型,用于预测部分气化炉出口的煤气成份、产量、热值和所需气化剂的量。模型计算结果与实际数据相符,满足实际工程精度需要,并利用该模型计算分析了不同操作条件对部分气化炉产物的影响,模型计算的煤气成分及热值变化与实际及理论相一致。
In this thesis, a thermodynamic mathematical model for partial gasifier was set up with respect to the influence of operation conditions ,agent for gasification and sorbent; The conservation principle of energy and mass, the thermodynamic equilibrium equation of chemical reaction were used in the model establishing process, this model is generic and can be used in most kind of coal partial gaifier. The percentage of gas composition , heating values of gas and the agent for gasification needed can be predicted by this model, the calculated results are very close to the actual data, it is also satisfied with the need of actual engineering. With the model ,The performance of partial gasifier under different operation conditions were also carried out in this paper, the calculated results are consistent with the theory analysis.
