摘要
煤气化和多联产是煤清洁利用的必然发展趋势,多联产在系统方面还存在很多有待研究的问题。本文通过对不同设计的甲醇、电的多联产系统在经济、能量、环境三方面的比较,得出了甲醇、电多联产系统的最优设计,定量分析了多联产系统对比产品单独生产的好处。并进一步对多联产系统产生经济、节能效益的机理进行了揭示。
Coal gasification and polygeneration is an inevitable trend for the development of clean coal utilization, but there are still many problems remained in polygeneration system on system aspect. Through detailed analysis on economy, energy and environment of polygeneration systems with various designs producing methanol and electricity, an optimized design is finally decided, and the quantitative benefit comparing to stand-alone production systems is also calculated. Furthermore, the mechanism of saving on economy and energy by polygeneration is also analyzed. Figs 11, table 1 and refs 4.
