摘要
利用黄瓜切片作为酶源,通过二茂铁的介体作用,研制成功了一种维生素C氧化酶的植物组织电极,可用于循环伏安法测定V_c,工作的线性范围为2×10^(-5)~1.5×10^(-2)mol/L。数据稳定,不受氧分压的影响,另一方面,本文研究了酶催化反应及电化学反应的机理,提出了电极表面反应层的理论模型。
Using a cucumber slice for source of enzyme and ferrocene as a mediator, a plant tissue-based enzyme electrode of vitamin C oxidase was prepared. This electrode had been satisfactorily used to determine Vc by cyclic voltammetry, the linear range was from 2 × 10-5 to 1. 5 × 10-2 mol/L , the data were steady and did not change with the partial pressure of oxygen. Besides, the mechanism of enzymatical and electrochemical reaction were discussed, and a theoretical model of the reaction layer on surface of the electrode was proposed.
