文学史写作的一个挑战——唐伯虎之文化意义论析

The Challange of the "Writing the History of Literature"——the culture meaning of Tang Bohu phenomenon

唐伯虎现象值得我们关注:一方面这个形象、这个题材具有持久魅力和鲜活的生命力;另一方面他又被现行的文学史写作所轻蔑所漠视。造成这种矛盾的主要原因一是唐伯虎"生涯画笔兼诗笔",在他的生命中丹青价重、诗赋擅场与浪漫传奇紧紧啮合在一起,引起了后人广泛的兴趣;同时也强化了他在文学史写作者心目中的"非我族类"的印象。唐伯虎之被文学史冷落的另一个原因,同样也是他在通俗作品中的被热捧的原因。这就是他的"俗"。事实上,唐伯虎在文学批评史上并非冷门话题,他之被忽视,只是现代意义上的文学史著出现以来近几十年间的事。如何看待他在文学批评史上的地位,如何看待他的形象被不断地"再创造"的现象等等。这些都对我们现行的文学史的写作提出了挑战。

Tang Bohu deserve our attention as an rich and complex literature phenomenon, for there seems an contradiction between the figure of Tang Bohu which has a long-term glamour and lively vitality and his destiny negatived by current writer of literature history. Two things account for the occurrence. Firstly, the life of Tang Bohu is full of painting, poetry and romantic experience. secondly, he chase a kind of happy life in town. Both of these arise wide interesting in popular culture on one side, and on the other hand that lead Tang Bohu to being looked as a different species. This article try to take Tang Bohu phenomenon as an example to challenge the old mode of history of literature.
