摘要
本文提出了环炉分离-固体表面化学发光测定微量样品中银的方法。方法简便,快速,具有很好的选择性。测足的相对标准偏差为8.4%(5.0ngAg,n=11),校准曲线的线性范围是0.5~50ng Ag。此方法已用于合金样品中银的测定。
A solid surface chemiluminescence analysis of silver based on the reaction of luminol-K2S2O3-Ag (Ⅰ) was described. In this method, Ag(Ⅰ) was remained selectively on the center of the filter paper by ring oven technique and determined by chemilurninescence method on the surface of the filter paper. The method permits selective determination of Ag in the range of 0. 5-50 ng adsorbed on the filter paper with a relative standard deviation of 8. 4%.
