论文以四届人大为历史起点,延伸到中共十六大,考察了邓小平小康社会思想形成和发展的四个主要历史阶段,并在此基础上总结了可供今后我国现代化建设的四条历史经验。

In this article I discussed the four stages of the formation and development of Deng Xiao-ping’s well-off society thought from the fourth National People’s Congress to the sixteenth National Conference of the Chinese Communist Party , and I also provide four important historic experiences for our modernization in the future.
