Covert knowledge, as an indispensable factor of production in the process of knowledge, has no substitutability for each individual′s knowledge innovation and formation of new knowledge in the course of knowledge production. The role played and the influence exercised by the knowledge in the convert form, such as conviction, morality and legal conception, etc, in the process of market economy′s development constrains the operation of China′s market economy.
