中小型建设项目环境管理现状、对策及建议

The Current Management Situation and Countermeasures of Medium - Scaled and Small Construction Projects

随着我国经济建设的迅猛发展,环境保护管理工作面临着严峻的挑战。市县二级管理的中小型建设项目(尤其在经济欠发达地区)环境管理现状不容乐观,存在着地方保护、管理滞后、缺乏公众参与和社会监督等问题。本文就中小型建设项目环境保护管理现状及其产生原因作简要分析,并提出对策和建议。

With the fantastic development of economical construction in our country, The work of environmental protection and management has faced the severe challenge, there existed regional protection,lagging of management,lack of public pardcipance and and social supervision and etc in those medium - scaled and small construction items under the management of city and county (esp in the underdeveloped areas). So the present environmental administration situation is very severe. The thesis briefly analyzes present situation of environmental protection and management of those items and its causes,and the countermeasures are produced on the basis of the analysis.
