企业的失败 ,许多人认为是因为没有战略眼光 ,不准确的市场信息 ,产品销售受阻等一系列外部因素造成的 ,而忽视内因 ,然而不少的问题就出现在内部。本文就企业 ,特别是国有企业的内部控制失调的问题作一般性的探讨 ,以寻求解决办法。

Some external factors,such as no strategic theory,unf aithful market information and barriers in selling were considered by many people to be the rea son for the failure of many industries. They ignored the internal factors. Actually many problem come from the inside of the industry. The article mainly analys is some controlling ways used in the industries,esp. state-owned industries in order to find a solution.
