长型山药粘液质组分分析及抗肿瘤活性研究

The Analysis of the Nagaimo Dioscorea batatas Decne Mucus By Pairs and the Research of the Resistance to the Brisk Feature of the Tumour

本文测定了湖北利川长型山药的营养成分 ,并同时对鲜样、减压干燥和常压干燥三个处理的样品进行平行测定 ,研究了不同温度对山药营养成分的影响。从湖北利川山药中分离出粘液质 ,经组分测定为甘露聚糖一蛋白质复合物 ,经铜试剂沉淀 ,从粘液质中分离出水不溶性多糖A ;改用蛋白酶 -SEVAG法去蛋白质 ,DEAE -纤维素柱层析 ,分离得到水溶性多糖B。该粘液质溶于水 ,组分含量为总糖 2 1 .4%,氮 9.32 %,蛋白质 5 8.2 5 %。本文还研究了水溶性多糖的抗肿瘤活性 ,结果表明其对ES腹水癌有明显抑制作用。

The article measures the nutritious composition of the nagaimo Dioscorea batatas Decne in Lichuan,Hubei.Meancohile,it Meanwhile parall elly the three handled samples about the fresh sample,the dry method in reduced pressure and the dry mothod in natural pressure.then,it also includes the research of the effect on the different tempreture to the nutritious composition of the Dioscorea batatas Decne.This article also tells us about the brisk feature of the tumour;and the result shows that it plays a very important and abvious restrainingrole in the ES Cancer.
