摘要
以湖北省企业中700余名脑力工作者为调查对象,对脑力劳动者工作测量方法认可程度进行了调查和分析。调查结果显示,大多数被调查者对脑力劳动的工作测量持肯定态度,对不同测量方法的认可程度均较高,其中工作抽样法和工作日志法的认可度最高。这些方法认可度之间的差异有着其客观原因,在实践中只有综合应用这些方法,才可以取得良好的效果。本项研究为脑力劳动工作测量提供了一定的依据。
More than seven hundred mental worker in companies in HuBei province are investigated about acceptability of work measurement. The results of a questionnaire show that the majority holds the positive attitude and the various methods receive great acceptability, in which work sample and work log are two methods with biggest accept. Objective reasons lead the difference of acceptability between various methods, so integrating various methods in practice can produce better effect. Work measurement on mental workers can be supported through this research.
