摘要 本文以1.1’-二甲基二茂铁(DMFeCP_2)为电子转移介体,以含(C_6H_5)_4B·N(CH_3)_4离子缔合物的碳糊电极为基础电极,研制成了电流型葡萄糖生物传感器。该传感器在选定的电位下Vc,尿酸不干扰,线性范围为1×10~4~1.2×10~3mol/L,响应时间为50s.K_M^(app)为11.6mmol/L,有效寿命达30天。用该传感器对人血清中的葡萄糖进行测定,与传统的分光光度法测定结果比较吻合。 The design and testing of amperometric glucose biosensor in which electrical communication between the flavin redox centers of glucose oxidase and a conventional catbon paste electrode contained(C6H5)4B· N(CH3)4 has been achieved by using electron-transfer relay system based on 1,1' -dimethylferrocene was described. Characteristic of the biosensor has been shown by cyclic voltammetry and stationary potential measurements. The biosensor responds rapidly to glucose,the steady-state current response achieved in less than 50 s. The response to glucose under N2 saturation shows apparent Michaeclls-Menten constant Kμapp 11. 6mmol/L. The biosensor can be operated in a potential range where the oxidation of common interferingspecies, such as ascorbic acid and uric acid, does not occur. The lifetime of the biosensor is 30 d and plasmaglucose assays were correlated with spectrophotometry(Y=-7. 1 + 1.09 X,r = 0. 990, n = 8).
