介绍了采用多层功能材料复合增强法制备的叶片,其内芯材料具有阻燃、增强的功能,外层材料具有阻燃、抗静电及耐磨性。将外层材料配制或融胶涂覆于内芯上的叶片,能满足煤矿大风量、高风压通风机的需要。<正>在现代工业和工程领域,存在大量产生易燃易爆物的生产作业环境,如煤矿井下、石油、化工等存在易燃易爆物的场所。为了安全生产,须将易燃易爆物抽出生产作业场所。近年来,煤矿掘进通风急需使用的抽瓦斯局部通风机,除应具有普通局部通风机的要求外。
The paper gives an introduction to the ventilator vane which is made by method of composite reinforcement with multi-layer functional material. Its inner core material bears the properties of flame retardation and reinforcement, and outer layer material bears the properties of flame retardation, anti-electrostatic and abrasion resistance. The vane whose inner core coated with the meltwater of outer layer material can meet the demands of coalmine-used ventilator bearing heavy wind volume and high wind pressure.
