摘要
本文回顾了30多年氨基酸分析技术的研究与进展。着重介绍了样品前处理、分析手段及分析精密度、准确度方面的新进展、新结论与新动向。
A review with 77 references was presented on the progresses of amino acid analysis. It was mainly introduced that some important advances and results on sample pretreatment and instruments. The improvement of accuracy,precision and their estimated techniques concerned were also discussed.
