低阶煤表面改性制备超净煤初探

Primary search on making low rank coal to super pure coal by surface modification

针对低阶煤—准格尔煤表面含氧官能团多、孔隙率高、表面疏水性差且改性困难的特点 ,经过初步的探索试验说明 :经添加多种高速剂进行调浆后 ,采用常规浮选药剂可实现对该煤样的浮选分离 ,并获得了较好的浮选指标。

In allution to the chrarcteristic of low rank coal-Zhunger coal that the concent of oxygenic groups and porousness on the surface of coal is high and with the infirm hydrothobicity it is difficult to modify,by primary search test we find that the coal sample can be separated by flotation with routine flotation medicament after a few kinds of modifier are added for reduction and flotation indexes which is relatively good are obtained.
