摘要
当前高校学风建设中辅导员队伍一直处于被动地位,其辅助作用不能得到很好的发挥;辅导员若能充分利用学生第二课堂,结合自身工作的优势,同样能在学风建设中发挥积极主动的、别人无法替代的作用。
Nowadays, the role of supervisors in learning climate construction in universities is not satisfied, and their functions are not fully exerted. I believe that the supervisors can be active and indispensable if they can make advantage of the students' secondary class and their own superiority in working.
